Dossiers usually within days
We speak continually with doctors open to a move in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. When your enquiry arrives, usually nobody needs finding first. If nobody fits, we say so at once.

How fast it goes
- Reply by the next working day
- Requirements conversation, 30 minutes: workload, duty model, on-call, training authorisation
- Then the first dossiers
- If hard to fill, we adjust: split the workload or open the grade
The pace applies to the dossiers; your hospital sets interviews and notice periods.
What a dossier contains
- Diploma, specialist title and recognition status, evidenced by documents
- Language level, certificate where available
- Possible start, notice period and pending procedures included
- Our reasons for sending you this particular profile
As a rule you receive single dossiers, not a batch.
Where the profiles come from
- We approach doctors ourselves and are recommended on
- We do not accept documents without a personal conversation
- Specialists, senior physicians, lead physicians and chief physicians
- Before every dossier we ask the person again whether they want this post today
If nobody fits, we approach further doctors for your post. That takes longer, and you still pay only once it is filled.

If no appointment results, we invoice nothing. On request we put the rate in writing before the first conversation. We agree the probation terms in writing before the mandate begins.
Accompanied from A to Z
From the first idea through recognition and licensing to the signed contract and the probation period, we stay closely involved.
Discretion towards your hospital
On request we approach candidates without naming your hospital. A senior post need not be advertised publicly for us to fill it.
Questions and answers
Where do your candidates come from?
We approach them ourselves, in Switzerland, in Germany and in Austria, and we are recommended on. We do not take on documents without a personal conversation. Before every dossier we ask again.
How quickly do the first dossiers arrive?
Because we do not start when your enquiry arrives, usually very soon. We name no average figure, because it says nothing about your post.
And if nobody fits our post?
Then we say so and approach further doctors specifically. That takes longer. Your costs do not change: you pay only once someone takes up the post.
How to begin
Post, grade and desired start suffice. We clarify the rest in conversation.
